Hello everyone

 

It's been a long year but it is finally coming to an end. YAY!

Before you know it, the new year will begin and will bring in new stories, new moments and, hopefully lovely experiences.

And as a horror fan, many, many horror stories for all of us to enjoy. This year has been terrific for the horror community as we saw several horror movies making their mark on the box office. Even more surprising was that at least five horror movies were nominated for the Golden Globes. That is a big win for us horror fans. 

Horror is finally being recognized for being much more than ephemeral viewing pleasure. It is being taken seriously and commended for its complex stories and exciting visual effects, as well as capable acting skills. 

There were so many good horror movies this year as well as amazing horror books. 

May next year bring us horror fans even more horror movies with rich stories that are also super creepy. 

In other news, I've resumed writing fiction again even though they are basically flash fiction. I've turned them into shorts that you can find here: DARK HORROR TALES

Mind you, it is still work in progress.

On the same note, apologies to those I wasn't able to respond to promptly. I'll try my best to be faster in my replies from now on. 

And now to thank all my blog visitors. Thank you so much for your continued support and for showing up to read my posts. It's good to know that there are more horror fans out there, apart from me, who likes to read and discuss horror things. 

I'm off working on some interesting posts for you guys.
