Halle Berry returns to the horror genre in NEVER LET GO. Directed by Alexandra Aja, the movie, which is also executively produced by Halle Berry, is about a family that has been haunted by an evil spirit for years. But one of the children begins to question if the evil they fear is even real. In the recently dropped trailer for NEVER LET GO, we see Halle Berry play a mother to two young boys. They live in the middle of the woods after the world was apparently destroyed. The family has tied themselves up with long ropes, which limits their movement and preventing them from going deeper into the forest where the evil entity lives. The family thrives on the mother's hunting skills.  When one of the boys goes further into the woods and his rope breaks, he encounters the evil. In the next scene, he is safe at home, and his brother is grateful that he was saved before he could be hurt. Pinocchio is out for revenge...again. No, this isn't about the sequel to the 1996 horror movie Pinocchio's revenge but about a new movie that has just been announced.  While the makers of Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey already have a Pinocchio movie in the works, this new movie called Pinocchio: Carved from Darkness is in the works with Peter Stormare already signed on to play Geppetto. The original story was about a woodcarver named Geppetto who built a wooden puppet and wished for it to become a real boy. A blue fairy grants him the wish and Pinocchio comes alive but in order for him to become an actual boy, he must prove himself to be brave, truthful and unselfish. In the Disney version, Pinocchio manages to prove himself through a series of adventures. Now that a prequel to a hit classic was announced, it should come as no surprise that this week's Horror Pick is ROSEMARY'S BABY written by Ira Levin.

Be careful what you wish for. You might just have your dream may come true but you may soon realize that it comes with a lot of strings attached.  This suspense horror movie is about a talented chef called Ryan whose gambling problems force him to leave town. He travels to an unnamed Latin American country where he stays with Jack, a prestigious chef who has an extravagant lifestyle.  Ryan can’t help but feel envious and wonders how Jack is able to afford his lifestyle. Soon enough, Ryan takes on Jack’s identity and gets a taste of the luxury lifestyle only to later discover just how Jack was able to manage his lifestyle.  In the trailer for WHAT YOU WISH FOR L, we see Ryan living with Jack in a Villa.
