Shadow in the Cloud-- My take on the movie with spoilers!

Plot Summary: A female pilot finds herself saving her crew from gremlins.  Luck plays such an important factor in life. We could be doing everything that is textbook right and things could still go drastically wrong. Or you could be Maude Garret in Shadow in the Cloud and things just go swimmingly well for you. Spew any lie you want, fall from heights and somehow, always end up on safe ground. Must be great being Maude Garret who has the luck of the devil.

Freaky-- My take on the movie with spoilers!

PLOT SUMMARY: When Millie swaps bodies with a serial killer, she realizes she has only very little time left before the change becomes permanent.  Won’t it be amazing if you could change places with another person for a day? Yeah, being yourself is great and all but given the opportunity, tell me you won’t want to trade places with someone else for one day. Maybe it’s a president of a country or a celebrity or maybe someone you admire. But this is all great when the change takes place voluntarily. You get to decide when and whom you want to trade places with. It is when that choice is taken away and you are coerced into living someone else’s life that the problems begin. Freaky is probably another chapter from the Freaky Friday franchise only this time a mother and daughter don’t have to learn to empathize with each other, rather a teenage girl must race against time to make the transition back before she is forever stuck in a serial killer’s body and of course that isn’t much fun.

Run-- My take on the movie with spoilers!

PLOT SUMMARY: Chloe, who is wheelchair-bound, begins to suspect her mother may be keeping a secret of the true nature of her illness.  Health is the most important aspect of our lives. How we feel, what we can achieve, all of it depends on how healthy we are. If we have good health, we can spend more time doing the things we love and eating food that we like. If we suffer from ailments, it hinders our daily activities. Depending on the ailment, we can manage our issues, but most of our time is spent dealing with health issues than building ourselves. So yeah, health is wealth, as the saying goes. If you have your health, you can focus on making money as well. And if you don't have your health, well...run.

Possessor-- My take on the movie with spoilers!

PLOT SUMMARY: Tasya works as an assassin for a secret organization that uses brain implant technology. But Tasya soon finds herself losing control of herself on one of her assignments.  There have been plenty of horror movies over the years with possession as a basic premise. In such movies, a child (usually a girl) is possessed by an evil spirit who wants to create chaos in the world. Movies like that usually ended with a long exorcism sequence where a lot of people died before the evil spirit was vanquished. And then just to add some spice to the movie, the final scene would show the evil spirit still lurking around. Possessor is something like that. In this, for the first time, you’ll see science take inspiration from horror movies to create a procedure that will enable people to take control of the minds of others and make them do evil stuff. In this case, the evil stuff is assassinations of high profile people.

Haunting of the Mary Celeste (2020)-- My take on the movie with spoilers!

Plot Summary: Rachel, a researcher, along with her colleagues, sets about to solve the mystery of the disappearance of the ship, Mary Celeste.  We’ve all heard of the Bermuda Triangle and how there have been instances where ships and even planes have gone missing over a particular area. This is the kind of thing that would make an interesting premise for a horror film, wouldn’t you think? Haunting of the Mary Celeste touches upon this weird phenomenon and when you know you’re watching a movie about unexplained disappearances, you do get that no one is going to make it to the end of the movie, right? HAUNTING OF THE MARY CELESTE Movie Plot  The movie begins with Rachel’s nightmares of being in the water and seeing her daughter floating. She is either a scientist or a researcher and wants to figure out the rift in a place similar to the Bermuda Triangle where things go missing. Along with her colleagues Cassandra and Grant, Rachel wants to prove the anomaly of the rift that caused a mer
