Horror Weekly News: Netflix's Two most anticipated shows gets release dates!
The much-awaited Netflix series THE SANDMAN finally gets a release date.
The Sandman is based on a comic published by DC Comics and centers around the character of Dream (aka Morpheus) who has been kept captured for several years. Upon his escape, he goes on a quest to rebuild his kingdom and find lost objects of power.
This dark fantasy series stars Tom Sturridge as Dream. The rest of the cast includes Jenna Coleman, Boyd Holbrook, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, among others.
The series will consist of 11 episodes and will release on August 5th.

A teaser for Mike Flanagan’s new show THE MIDNIGHT CLUB has been released.
The show follows a group of five terminally ill patients who meet up at midnight to exchange horror stories. They make a pact that whoever dies first will attempt to make contact with the others.
Based on Christopher Pike’s novel of the same name, the show will see the return of actors from Mike Flanagan’s previous shows. The cast includes Zach Gilford, Samantha Sloyan, and Robert Longstreet. The three of them were last seen in Mike Flanagan’s critically acclaimed series MIDNIGHT MASS.
The teaser reveals the release date as October 7th on Netflix.
