Dead by Daylight was a videogame released in 2017 and a multiplayer survival horror game. The game is known to borrow characters and settings from franchises like Stranger Things, Halloween, and Saw.
Speaking of Saw, the creator of the movie James Wan’s company Atomic Monster Productions has merged with Blumhouse and will be producing the movie version of Dead by Daylight.
It will be interesting to see James Wan’s style of horror intermix with supernatural elements in this movie.
The movie will enter production soon.
In other news…
Scream 6 may have just released, but Paramount has already greenlit another sequel, SCREAM 7.
It seems the early positive reviews from critics may have prompted the studio to work fast another installment of this successful franchise.
According to reports, Scream 7 will begin shooting this year. No other details have been given out which comes as no surprise because even mentioning the cast would give away spoilers on Scream 6.
