Horror Movie News: Justin Long stars in Spin the Bottle. Peacock's newest thriller Teacup drops a trailer.

Is no party game safe from horror movies? First Truth or Dare and now Spin the Bottle.

The newest horror movie stars Justin Long, the actor who plays hapless characters, which never make it out alive.

Will he survive at the end of this movie, at least? Time will tell.

The trailer for the movie offers nothing new.

We see a group of obnoxious friends who indulge in debauchery and a game of spin of bottle. Now, they could have played the game anywhere. But no. They decide it to play in an abandoned house where a massacre had taken place.

Soon enough, the friends experience something strange.

One of the girls goes missing, and an officer, played by Justin Long, shows up at their door.

There is a lot of running about in a dimly lit house. This is so we can't see the CGI properly. There's a woman with a distorted face who is jolting everyone. The officer delivers an ominous statement.

Written by John Cregan and directed by Gavin Wiesen, the movie doesn't look thrilling enough, but it's just the kind of movie you'll want to watch just to play something on a boring afternoon.

The movie also stars Samantha Cormier, Ali Larter, and Christopher Ammanuel.

SPIN IN THE BOTTLE releases on October 4th.

In other news, the trailer for the new sci-fi horror series  TEACUP has just dropped.

The series is adapted from the book Stinger written by Robert McCammon.

The thrilling series shows a small town and the simplicity of people on the farm. There are goats and little kids, and everyone looks satisfied if anything.

Soon enough, dark clouds gather, and there appears to be a threat of a storm, except the residents find strange markings on the ground.

The goats behave differently, and soon, some of them disappear. A man in a gas mask appears to spray blue paint around and forbids people from leaving.

He doesn't say anything but does put up a sign warning the residents to not trust anyone.

There may be a creature threatening them, but all we get to see is the horrified expressions of the characters.

Jame Wan is one of the producers of this show that stars Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Speedman, Kathy Baker, and Rob Morgan.

Teacup will premiere on Peacock on October 10th and will consist of 8 episodes.
