Horror Movie News: Jack Black stars in Horror comedy Dear Santa. Alien: Earth Teaser drops.
In a new Holiday Horror Comedy DEAR SANTA, a young boy accidentally sends a letter to Satan instead of Santa, and of course, this wreaks havoc in his little town.
This Jack Black starrer recently had a new trailer which gives more details about the movie. We see several children write to Santa and asking for gifts. One of them, a boy called Liam, unfortunately, makes a spelling error while sending out his letter. He writes, Dear Santa.
Satan, feeling left out during the holiday season, is surprised to receive a letter addressed to him, and so goes to visit Liam.
Liam thinks it is Santa at his house and remarks that reindeer have antlers and not Santa Claus himself.
Satan then tells Liam that he's been given three wishes, an idea that Aladdin stole from him.
When Liam doesn't make his wishes quickly, Satan tries to get him to see his favorite star Post Malone.
He is trying to corrupt Liam but the little boy is apparently incorruptible. He isn't swayed by cars or money or anything.
Liam eventually asks whether Satan has ever done anything out of kindness. Satan has apparently never heard of these words.
The trailer ends with Satan pranking an irate cyclist.
The movie may have been labelled as a horror comedy but there is obviously not a single scene that alludes to any scary scenes.
Jack Black plays a character he does in almost every movie, except in this one he has horns in his head.
The movie also stars Keegan-Michael Key, Brianne Howey, Hayes MacArthur, and Robert Timothy Smith.
Dear Santa will be released on November 25th on Paramount +.
