Horror Movie News: Blumhouse's M3GAN and Five Night At Freddy's reveal trailers for sequels.

She's back!

Considering M3GAN was a resounding success, it's no surprise that a sequel was immediately greenlit.

But wasn't M3GAN destroyed in the last part? Not exactly.

In the final scene of M3GAN, a camera turns towards them, showing that M3GAN was still very much present.

It's 2025 now, and M3GAN 2.0 has finally dropped a trailer.

After the teaser drop 2 months ago, Blumhouse dropped an official trailer that showed us more about the story.

In the trailer, we get a quick recap of the events in M3GAN. After that, we see M3GAN trapped in a plastic teletubby, and she is clearly not very happy about her new form.

Gemma argues that M3GAN has to regain her trust if she wants an upgrade.

Later, Gemma is informed that an autonomous android named Amelia has become too dangerous. She is unstoppable and gone rogue, meaning she's attacking anyone who has created her. Since she was created from the same program as M3GAN, Gemma and her niece Cady are next.

M3GAN immediately offers her services, but Gemma has her reservations. A teenage Cady convinces Gemma that everyone deserves a second chance.

Gemma heads back to the lab and is warned if it really is a good idea to rebuild a deranged robot to stop another one.

This time, M3GAN is rebuilt with an upgrade. She's stronger, faster... and taller. Considering the actress who plays her has grown up, this was a necessary attribute to include.

M3GAN assures Gemma's colleagues that she won't set the lab on fire or hurt them, but they don't look too convinced.

M3GAN then goes head to head with Amelia and looks like it is a tough fight based on the final scene in the trailer where her face is all scratched up.

The first movie was more about the horrors of AI. The sequel appears to show a movie that is purely action.

While the trailer looked good, using a tag line like "Bitch Against That Bitch" seemed unnecessary.

M3GAN 2.0 does look promising but it remains to be seen whether it can beat the first movies box office numbers.

Written and Directed by Gerard Johnstone, the cast includes Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, and Ivanna Sakhno.

M3GAN 2.0 will release on June 27th.

In other news, the teaser for FIVE NIGHT AT FREDDY'S 2 has been released.

Now, the original movie wasn't a hit with the critics who thought the story was muddled and wasn't scary enough.

But since it was a huge commercial success, a sequel was greenlit and is now set to release this year.

In the last part, we saw Vanessa slipping into a coma. She was William Afton's daughter who was responsible for killing children and stuffing them into the animatronics suits.

In the teaser, we see Vanessa back and approaching Mike with news that they are back. The animatronics are out there stalking and creating chaos, pulling security guards through glass and spooking families.

Can Mike stop them again?

Five Night At Freddy's 2 is supposed to be based on the second game in the popular game series, but it remains to be seen what similarities will be shown.

Directed by Emma Tammi, and written by Scott Cawthon, the movie stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Wayne Knight  and McKenna Grace.

FIVE NIGHT AT FREDDY'S 2 will release on December 5th.
